Okay—let’s see 🤔. JP Kitchen is a staple in the community. The service is relatively okay 😔. The communication not the greatest based on this last experience. They charged extra for vegetable fried rice and failed to communicate it. The lady apologized and offered a free beverage for the miscommunication, and when I picked out the beverage, she changed it to water. What is the big deal with the Gatorade that I picked out ($1 more)? Sometimes you have to take a loss to get a gain. What was the purpose of the apology? The place could be cleaner and I’m unclear why people are not able to dine-in, and menus are all over the place with wrong prices. Based on my last experience, they can use some training in customer service and cleanliness. #betterserviceplease

If you're as big of a fan of peking ravioli as I am (and maybe even had it as a staple growing up), you'll know that it's a dying breed that's getting harder and harder to find in Boston. Many restaurants claim to make it, but upon arrival you're sorely disappointed: the wrapper is too thin, too fried, or the filling isn't quite right. As a fellow peking ravioli / dumpling connessieur, I can assure you: the peking ravioli made at JP Kitchen are perfect. Sure they're not fancy, but they're exactly like the frozen ones you used to be able to find in Chinatown grocery stores in the days of old: SUPER doughy wrapper with the perfect amount of gushy, tasty, pork filling. The ones pictured here are the steamed version. I'm very much looking forward to trying their fried version the next time!

Please do not order from this place. I am an employee at the Brigham woman hospital. I am a registered nurse here. I placed an order for my patient. The order never came to my location. what he did the delivery driver he delivered my food to the emergency room. I just watched him on camera. He dropped my food on the floor didn’t tell anybody who’s food it was for he just left! I went down. I called them and I let them know the situation, they are really angry about the situation. They feel like they’re right and I’m wrong. Please do not eat for. If you’re gonna put my food on the floor where’s there’s patients coming in and out with blood and etc.. Why would I eat from a place like that? I can imagine what they doing inside the restaurant please do not eat from them and I’m waiting for my refund to come back. If not, I would do a claims with my bank. stay away stay away stay away stay away please do yourself a great big favor..

I ordered a LARGE plate and it was 17 dollars. The plate wasn't even large! How is this supposed to feed me and my family? Never ordering from here again!

This place has really good food, I recently moved to the area and was a little nervous about ordering Chinese food because once your used to certain kind of food, you dont want to waste money on terrible food ... Well I took the chance anyway and I'm sure glad I did! I ordered a pupu platter for 2 and it was 5 stars! The shrimp was the best I ever had the beef teriyaki was very good and the boneless spareribs 5 stars! I dont like chicken on the bone so I didn't eat the chicken wings but my parrot was singing so 5 stars from him. And with the pupu platter you receive rice which was ok, I all so ordered gai poa lo mai and i wasn't too crazy about that but that could be my own preference. I will definitely order again.

How can I experience when they only deliver in certain areas of Dorchester which makes no sense to me ; the restaurant is located close to English high school & can’t deliver in Dorchester close to codman square … THEY DONT WANT NO MONEY !!!!!

Awful. I'll never order from here again. I ordered General Gau chicken and an appetizer combo with some pork fried rice. The chicken was oddly sour and tasted nothing like any General Gau chicken I've had elsewhere. Half of my chicken fingers had no chicken in them, the fried rice was extremely dry, the spring rolls were vile. There are much better places to order from in JP, I would not recommend this.

I ordered this food and I was very very disappointed cause it looks like it was heat up and the meat was totally bad. I am very frustrated this food was bad cause I was hungry now I am frustrated.
